Troy Stremick Agricultural Equipment Operator in Langdon, North Dakota
Temporary position from 03/15/2026 to 12/01/2026 North Dakota Job Order 45 hours/week 18.98/hour We need seasonal employees to assist with our crop productions season of wheat, beans, soybeans and canola. Employees will need to assist with all aspects of raising these crops. Job duties will include: prepare fields for planting, attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools, operate tractors, operate other farm equipment, attach equipment extensions or accessories, load crops and unload crops, operate equipment to harvest crops, drive farm trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools, inspect, adjust, and complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Employees will need to mow ditches, wash equipment and complete general farm duties. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures, extensive pushing or pulling, extensive sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending over, and repetitive movements. Must have a regular driver's license. Require 1 month farm experience.
