ND job order 925265 Temporary seasonal position from 4/4/20026 to 12/10/2026 Performs duties such as operates self -- propelled custom class harvesting machines to harvest a variety of grain and oilseed crops. Worker adjusts speed of cutters, blowers and conveyors, and weight of cutting head, using hand tools. Change cutting head as appropriate for crop. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farmworkers. Drive pickup trucks to pull camper trailers. Operates tractor. Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Certified license is required. Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion. Workers must be responsible, follow instructions, and comply with attendance, punctuality, and work schedules.
