Key Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Recruitment & Hiring
Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with workforce needs and market trends
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers on job descriptions, interview processes, and hiring timelines
Track and improve time-to-fill metrics and overall hiring effectiveness
Onboarding & Training
Lead new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive employee experience
Coordinate onboarding plans with managers to support early engagement and retention
Identify training needs and support organization-wide learning initiatives
Monitor training completion and evaluate program effectiveness
Employee Engagement & Retention
Support employee engagement initiatives including surveys, feedback tools, and recognition programs
Assist in developing strategies to improve retention and workplace culture
Partner with internal teams to enhance communication, career development, and employee experience
Track and report on engagement and retention metrics
Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
2--4+ years of experience in talent management, HR, or recruiting REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
