Job Description
Employee Responsibilities:
Handle communication and paperwork for all couriers that arrive for BioPharmaceutical Sample Administration
Receive and unpack sample kits and coolers received at the lab in an efficient and detailed manner with a high degree of quality
Interpret and register samples into Laboratory Information Management System
Label samples and select appropriate storage locations
Enter samples with insufficient entry information into holds; maintain hold area with follow up and routine inventory
Process internal environmental monitoring samples
Place samples into storage
Read, understand, and carry out standard operating procedures, following all safety precautions and procedures
Handle incoming informational calls and emails regarding expected samples
Interact with all levels of project managers and technical staff
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies, logical thinking, and deductive reasoning
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm
