What This Role Is About
Retail Sales Consultants:
Engage customers and uncover real needs
Recommend products and services that solve real problems
Coordinate services such as automotive key programming, device repair, and specialty battery solutions
Own the customer experience from greeting through checkout
Work closely with Repair Technicians to ensure seamless service
Contribute to daily store performance and team success
This role combines customer interaction, product knowledge, and professional sales development in a structured environment.
Pay & Earning Potential
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Includes hourly pay, weekend premium, and performance-based incentives
Top performers exceed OTE through consistent results
Paid training during your first 3 months

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years or older
Valid driver's license
Full-time availability including at least one weekend day
Strong communication skills and basic math proficiency
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with small products
