Job Title: Purchasing AdministratorJob Description
The Purchasing Administrator is a temporary role designed to support the purchasing team for approximately three months. This position will involve performing administrative tasks within the purchasing department and occasionally assisting the Director of Finance.
Responsibilities
Place orders with suppliers via email based on suggestions from the ERP system.
Enter confirmations into the ERP system, updating delivery dates and pricing.
Expedite deliveries by calling or emailing suppliers.
Generate and review late purchase order reports from the ERP system and contact suppliers accordingly.
Communicate delivery information to the internal team.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Essential Skills
Knowledge of purchase orders and ERP systems.
Administrative skills supporting purchasing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems is a significant advantage.
Work Environment
The role operates within a building that houses customer service, sales, and finance teams. The position involves working Monday to Friday during first shift hours. Colleagues will be available for assistance as needed, although they may be in and out of the office.

This is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
