Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to lead a team of 5-10 carpenters in completing finishing work at a large commercial site in Hershey, PA. This role involves overseeing tasks such as crown molding, door adjustments, and installing cabinet doors. The project duration is two years.
Responsibilities
Oversee a team of 5-10 carpenters.
Ensure the completion of finishing work such as crown molding, door adjustments, and installation of cabinet doors.
Coordinate and manage daily tasks on the construction site.
Maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Essential Skills
Experience in construction and carpentry.
Proficiency in finish carpentry.
Leadership skills to manage and guide a team effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Problem-solving skills to address site challenges.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
