Assembly Technician – Level 1

What You’ll Be Doing
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Assemble mechanical and electro‑mechanical components using hand and power tools
Work with metal frames, piping, wiring harnesses, and cooling modules
Perform quality checks and accurately document production work
Package finished components and products for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 6S standards
Follow safety protocols and support team goals
Take on additional tasks as needed to support production
What We’re Looking For
Must‑Haves
Ability to read and understand blueprints or schematics
Experience using hand and power tools
Comfort with mechanical assembly and visual quality checks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice‑to‑Haves
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Technical certificate or degree (preferred)
0–2 years of mechanical assembly experience encouraged to apply

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
