Job Overview
Acts as the lead for administrative tasks, introducing and implementing best practices and providing guidance to administrative staff.
Job Requirements
Leads administrative projects, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
Manages high-level internal/external communication, liaising between departments and external partners.
Performs various administrative tasks for assigned senior-level roles to lead their organization, planning international, and domestic travel (incl. passport and visa applications), and managing expense reports.
Ensures seamless onboarding for senior-level roles.
What your background should look like
Typically requires more than 6 years of related work experience. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred. May be considered entry level for employees with Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or equivalent.
