JOB SUMMARY
Employee must have graduated from High School or have a GED. Must have office skills using various office machines to include a computer with Windows 10 or later OS and Office 365 Software. Must be pleasant, courteous, and display a caring attitude toward all ages and races of people; have good organizational skills, and dress appropriately for the job. Must be knowledgeable of community resources. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, using cell phone, landline, computer, and transfer of trips to tablets, keeping customer service in mind as the top priority. Duties will include handling phone calls for transportation and occasionally routing calls for other programs as well, scheduling client trips, importing medical trips, daily reporting, typing, and data entry. Employee will also be required to participate in various meetings and training. Must have the ability to speak both English and Spanish.
TASKS AND DUTIES (Essential Functions):
- Organizes daily scheduling to ensure timely pick-up, delivery, and return of all clients.
- Participates in and utilizes training on Ecolane software.
- Adheres to MTP importing for schedule.
- Follows procedures for accurately scheduling and distributing driver route assignments per vehicle.
- Must work the schedule (hours and days) required by the job.
- Attend required training and meetings as instructed.
- Treat all clients with respect and courtesy.
- Reporting, clerical, data entry, and file maintenance as required
- Attendance is Mandatory.
TASKS AND DUTIES (Marginal Functions):
- Be responsible for cleanliness of assigned office area(s).
- Check emails every 5 to 10 minutes for Medicaid changes, updates and for information from supervisors, and for voicemail-to-email messages that are in the call center voicemail.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory for hiring):
- Employee must have graduated from High School or have a GED.
- Must be pleasant, courteous and display a caring attitude toward all ages and races of people.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Must have clerical skills to include skills using computer with Windows 10 or later OS and Office 365 Software (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Must dress appropriately for the job.
- Must have effective multi-communication skills.
- Must have a Texas Drivers License.
- Be knowledgeable of community resources.
- Be able to type at least 45 wpm.
- Must be able to speak both English and Spanish.
