Position Summary:
Oodles of Love Daycare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant/Toddler Caregiver to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is patient, energetic, and excited to help little ones reach developmental milestones in a fun and supportive environment.
What You'll Do:
- Make a difference every day in the lives of young children
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers
- Support children's emotional, social, and developmental growth
- Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities, play, and learning experiences
- Get on the floor, sing songs, read books, and be silly!
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
- Follow all state licensing and company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience with infants and/or toddlers preferred (but not required for the right candidate!)
- Patient, caring, and kind demeanor
- A genuine love for working with children and making a difference
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
