Tues–Fri: 5:30am–2:30pm

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced LPN Charge/Supervisor to support an outpatient behavioral health and methadone treatment clinic. The LPN Supervisor will oversee two LPNs, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a clinical resource within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support clinic LPN staff
Oversee daily nursing operations and medication administration (MAT)
Ensure compliance with documentation and safety standards
Collaborate with providers and clinic leadership
Support a compassionate, patient-focused care environment
Requirements
Active LPN license in state of assignment (compact accepted)
1+ year experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, or substance abuse setting preferred
Current CPR/BLS
TB screening and health certificate (as required)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Minimum age: 18
Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory or charge nurse experience
Experience with methadone/MAT programs
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for serving underserved populations
