Electronic Technician
Position Summary
The Electronic Technician I supports electrical assembly, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting for automated equipment and control systems. This entry‑level role is well‑suited for individuals early in their electronics career who are eager to grow in the automation field.
Key Responsibilities
Build and wire electrical panels, harnesses, and sub‑assemblies.
Perform point‑to‑point wiring based on schematics and wiring diagrams.
Assist in testing circuits, sensors, PCBs, and electrical components.
Use multimeters and basic test equipment to verify electrical continuity and functionality.
Identify wiring errors and escalate issues to supervisors or engineering.
Document test findings and follow established quality processes.
Support system integration and final equipment testing.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; electronics training or certification preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and electronic components.
Ability to read entry‑level electrical drawings.
Hands‑on experience with soldering, wiring, or electronics repair is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn new technologies.
