This position reports to: Hub Division Controller, IAEN,Americas _ In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a business partner to the relevant business manager and leads local finance teams to optimize the financial performance within an assigned division / business area. Each day, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending the most appropriate business solutions. The work model for the role is: Hybrid (Must be in Houston, TX or Cleveland, OH) This role is contributing to the Automation, Energy Industries in the United States. The role reports to Hub Division Controller. Main stakeholders are Local Division Manager and Local Division leadership team. You will be mainly accountable for: Driving the definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control process within your area of responsibility. Leading, providing guidance, and facilitating best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices. Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for your area of responsibility.
