This Position reports to: Manager R&D Engineering 2 In this role, you will have the opportunity to create products, systems, services, or technologies for ABBs business units. Each day, you will lead and facilitate the execution of one or more Research and Development (R&D) sub-projects of limited complexity. You will also showcase your expertise by achieving associated milestones, targets, and desired outcomes. The work model for the role is onsite, and contributing to the Process Control Platform group within ABB's Automation Division in Cleveland, Ohio. Key Responsibilities Leading the local sub-area project team and supporting them with technical, development methodology, and project management expertise. Planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering the assigned sub-project. Engaging stakeholders in defining customer value and integrating feedback into activities. Ensuring efficient utilization of available resource capacity and proactively addressing critical resource bottlenecks and project constraints. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 4+ years' experience in project management field. You are well versed in or enjoy working with Agile development processes. Experience working within the industrial automation sector is a plus. You are passionate about deploying new technologies to solve difficult technical problems, and meeting critical deadlines.
