What You’ll Be Doing
Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components
Assemble and tack weld exhaust systems and related components
Accurately read and work from blueprints and weld symbols
Assist with general shop and fabrication tasks to broaden skill sets
Support fabrication processes using equipment such as:
Brake press
Shear
Roller
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Hands-on MIG welding experience (school, farm, or professional experience considered)
Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
Basic understanding of metal fabrication processes
Nice-to-Have Experience
Plasma cutting or wire‑feed welding experience
Familiarity with measuring tools such as tape measures
Experience with fabrication equipment and shop tools

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $33.00/hr.
