Refrigerated Structures of New England Local Construction Installer in Lakeville, Massachusetts
You\'ll report to our shop every morning, get into one of our trucks with your team, and travel together to the local jobsite for the day. You will be installing insulated metal panels (IMPs) to build custom storage boxes (walk-in coolers and freezers). This is construction work not HVAC, not electrical, not refrigeration repair. This is not warehouse work. This is not seasonal. This is full-time, year-round commercial construction with a clear path forward for people who show up and work hard. What You\'ll Do Install insulated metal panels on commercial job sites Work with hand tools, power tools, and lifts Assist with layout, panel alignment, and finish work Learn a specialized construction trade with growing demand across the industry What We\'re Looking For Vo-tech or trade school background in carpentry, construction, or building trades OR military service experience OR 1-3 years working in commercial construction Comfortable with hand and power tools Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation to Lakeville, MA Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet all day Reliable.
