Acushnet Company, home of the Titleist brand, is hiring Distribution Associates to support our golf ball operations in Lakeville, MA .
Position: Distribution Associate
Location: Lakeville, MA
Shifts & Pay
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | $20.15/hr
Part‑Time: 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, and a day of your choice), 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $19.38/hr
What You’ll Do
As a Distribution Associate, you’ll help ensure our products are delivered to golfers around the world. Your work will include:
Handling materials for receiving, replenishing, picking, and shipping
Supporting various tasks based on daily priorities
Unloading inbound cartons and preparing them for storage
Replenishing picking locations at pallet, case, and unit levels
Picking customer orders (case and unit level)
Loading cartons or pallets onto outbound trailers
What We’re Looking For
Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-10‑hour shift
Dependable work ethic with strong attendance habits
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety, quality standards, and company policies
Strong communication and teamwork skills
