Coffee Express Barista PT in Lakeside-Marblehead, Ohio
Coffee Express is looking for a friendly, reliable barista to join our team. This position focuses on preparing coffee drinks, food items, and baked goods while providing great customer service. Team members will help maintain a clean and organized workspace, restock supplies, and support daily operations. Baristas will work closely with team members during busy shifts while keeping orders consistent and service running smoothly.
Responsibilities
• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages
• Prepare food items and assist with baked goods
• Take customer orders and provide friendly customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Restock cups, syrups, milks, food items, and ingredients as needed
• Follow drink and food preparation standards
• Help teammates during busy rushes
• Keep the shop clean and ready throughout the shift
• Handle payments and complete transactions
• Assist with opening and closing tasks
• Communicate with coworkers to keep workflow running smoothly
