In need of a full time LPN (experienced). The location is in North Lakeland.

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)[provides basic medical care, such as monitoring vital signs, administering medication, changing dressings, and assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician]{.mark}

. They focus on patient comfort, accurate documentation, and reporting condition changes.

• Patient Care:Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse), assist with bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Clinical Tasks:Administer medications, change bandages, insert catheters, and collect samples (blood, urine) for lab tests.
• Observation and Reporting:Monitor patients for adverse reactions to treatments and report changes in condition to RNs or doctors.
• Documentation:Maintain accurate patient records, health histories, and progress notes in electronic systems.
• Collaboration:Work within a nursing team to implement care plans and sometimes supervise Certified Nursing Assistants
