FlexStaff is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to work with one of our clients, a leading global distributor of healthcare products and medical devices, located in Melville, NY.
This is a temporary job until December 31, 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30PM
What You'll Do:
Verify and validate medical device barcodes using a barcode scanner.
Assist with artwork review and approvals.
Assist with recall communication work.
Performs clerical functions, including but not limited to copying, filing, scanning, faxing, etc.
Quickly process large volumes of administrative forms in an efficient manner with a high degree of accuracy and quality.
Minimum requirements:
Prefer 4-year college degree in science related field with 0-1 year Quality/Regulatory experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

The salary range for this position is $26.70-$26.80/hour
