Join Our Team at Heart of Florida Landfill – Grounds Keeper
? Location: Lake Panasoffkee, Florida
? Pay: $18–$20 DOE | 50–55 hours per week with overtime opportunities

What You’ll Do
Maintain site cleanliness and safety through general labor andgroundskeepingtasks
Performlandscaping,mowing,trimming, anddebris control
Walk slopes and collect litter to keep the landfill in top condition
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Supporttraffic control, guiding trucks safely through active work zones
Operate or assist with tippers used for unloading trailers (training provided)
Collaborate with equipment operators and site leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on uneven terrain
Basic math andcomputer skills
Dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn new equipment and skills
Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment
