ManpowerGroup Cogeneration Supervisor in Lake Orion, Michigan
Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Cogeneration Supervisor to join their team. As a Cogeneration Supervisor , you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance management, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Cogeneration Supervisor
Location: Lake Orion, MI
What's the Job?
Supervise daily maintenance activities and support personnel to ensure efficient plant operations.
Coordinate preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance tasks across the facility.
Manage supply inventory levels and oversee subcontractor work to maintain operational standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, EPA, OSHA, and internal safety programs.
Communicate regularly with team members and plant management to report on operational status and project progress.
What's Needed?
3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance supervision or a related field.
Understanding of preventative maintenance, minor DC and AC voltage, and mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Experience working with union employees and following collective bargaining agreements.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
