Big Boulder Lake LLC Outside Dock Attendant in Lake Harmony, Pennsylvania
POSITION OVERVIEW A Marina Dock Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the marina and significantly contributes to crafting a positive and unforgettable experience for the watersport guest . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Greet and assist boaters, customers and guests with docking and other marina services. • Perform routine inspections of docks, boats and marina rental equipment. • Assist with cleaning and maintaining the marina area, beach, restrooms and grounds. • Monitor beach, lake and marina activities to ensure safety and security. • Assist with boat rentals, scheduling and general customer inquiries. • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all marina visitors. • Respond to emergencies as needed and coordinate with other staff. QUALIFICATIONS Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills. and have the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Previous experience in marina operations or boating is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of boating, safety regulations, and marina equipment is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks. Ability to work weekends and holidays, especially during peak boating seasons.
