We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a growing medical practice in Lake Grove, NY. This role is ideal for a motivated LPN who enjoys both hands-on patient care and leadership responsibilities. The Lead LPN will support clinical operations and help ensure patients receive high-quality, efficient care.Position OverviewUnder the general supervision of the Lead Physician, the Lead LPN will provide clinical support while also assisting with the oversight of clinical staff. In collaboration with the Lead Physician and Operations Lead, this position helps maintain efficient workflows and ensures optimal patient care throughout the practice.Key Responsibilities * Provide direct patient care and clinical support within the practice * Assist with oversight and coordination of clinical staff * Support daily clinical operations to ensure smooth patient flow * Collaborate with leadership to maintain high standards of patient care * Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical protocols * Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team membersQualifications * Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing * Current New York State LPN License (Required)
