The Night Maintenance Foreman position is a full time year round, benefited position.
The starting wage is $25 per hour.

The Maintenance Foreman is reponsible for Preventative, Emergency & Routine Maintenance on all FWH properties & equipment. Daily Safety & Health Inspections, Maintenance & Cleaning. Property Security.
Supervisory responsibilities in assistance to the Maintenance Director:Provide direction and guidance to staff as needed, ensuring safety of staff and guests at all times• Prioritize tasks and ensure completion of tasks • Record calls & action taken daily • Recommend & provide necessary training needed for staff to be fully competent in all areas of Hotel Maintenance (ie: basic PTAC cleaning & repair, plumbing, electrical)
The Fort William Henry is an 18-acre resort overlooking the southern basin of beautiful Lake George, N.Y. We consist of various restaurants, retail shops as well as a Fort Museum from the French and Indian War. The company has been in business at this location for over 70 years
Position Requirements
Must be available nights, weekends and holidays.
Basic Maintenance skills required. Plumbing, Electrical and PTAC knowledge preferred.
Driver's license required.
