Description

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations and supporting team members to ensure a positive work environment and excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting with inventory control, maintaining the facility, supporting food ordering, and ensuring compliance with health department standards. The Supervisor helps train, schedule, and guide employees, while promoting strong customer service practices to ensure guests are served efficiently, courteously, and leave satisfied with both their meal and overall service.

Salary: $20.00 per hour

This is a full time seasonal position May to October

Position Requirements

At least 1 years restaurant management experience preferred

Skills:

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Working Conditions:

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods.

Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
