As a Pool Bar Attendant for Cool Water Pool Bar & Grill at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will support servers in the efficient delivery and service of Pool Bar food and beverage offerings to restaurant guests, ensuring a seamless and high-quality dining experience. Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. What will you be doing? * Cleans and resets tables throughout shift. * Maintains clean and organized deck for guests. * Fully understands the menu and beverage list to better assist servers. * Have complete understanding of ingredients and preparation of the dishes. * Delivers all required Service Accents to the guest (e.g., SSA presentation, bread presentation, horseradish/cheese grating, dessert presentation). * Maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe work environment. * Must comply with opening and closing as well as running side work necessities. * Direct and consistent communication with the culinary and management team. * Bus seats around pool when needed. * Perform other duties as assigned.
