Job Title: Machine Attendant
Job Description
Join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting police and military operations by producing non-lethal projectiles used in training, crowd control, and civil unrest. As a machine attendant, you will work with a variety of machinery, some automated and some manual, to fill small plastic caps with materials.
2nd and 3rd shift available (training for one week on 1st shift)
Responsibilities
Set up and operate machinery to produce non-lethal projectiles.
Load small plastic parts into machines for processing.
Inspect and ensure the quality of small components.
Pack and prepare products for shipment.
Essential Skills
Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
Capability to load and inspect small plastic parts.
Willingness to work two Saturdays per month until fully staffed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, quality, or production.
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
Background in foods or plastics industries is advantageous.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a variety of machines, from fully automated systems to those requiring manual operation. Employees receive a 30-minute paid lunch break, with slow-down periods resembling breaks. The facility includes a quality area and a test shooting range for non-lethal projectiles. Shifts are available on a rotating basis, with roles initially training on the first shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
