About the role
Conducts searches of company records for requested information. Verifies the acceptability of documents stored for imaging. Receives incoming paper and digital mail for Customer Promise, New Business and Billing. Scans or Uploads incoming mail to also create cases in Dynamics. Receives undeliverable mail for all areas of VB division. Works within and across multiple websites and systems to extract and input data. At first work will be reviewed by supervisor Or team leader.
Key Accountabilities
Undeliverable Checks, Policies and Mail – Research for new addresses, determine if address should be updated or not and if mail should be resent or not.
Digital Correspondence- Reviews images from lockbox correspondence, faxability and emails. Determine whether the mail type should be uploaded to G360 without creating Dynamics cases or upload to G360 under the correct mail types to creates cases in Dynamics.
Incoming Paper Mail – Review and identify the type of requests for multiple team’s incoming paper mail. Based on the type of mail/request, prep to scan to G360 or scan at the copy machine to send to a particular person/team.
Incoming Checks – Review and determine which of the three lockboxes which we send to or to Treasury based on who the check is received from.
Refund Checks – using CBS, print refund checks from the Billing team. Print documentation, match check with documentation, have all scanned to G360 then type labels and mail.
Compile documents from G360 to send out Duplicate Policies.
Compile and encrypt documents from G360 to email Accident Policy Summaries.
Using eCor, create letters to send out paper versions of Forms that are request from Customer Care.
Update address in Dynamics from Address Change cases.
rep, Scan and/or Index documents in the G360 Imaging system
Provide input on process improvement
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma/GED
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work in an environment that requires meeting standards of production & quality.
Must be organized and detail oriented.
Preferred
- Experience in WORD and Excel
The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois):
$17.04 - $24.61 per hour
The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
