ManpowerGroup Clinical Research Associate in Lake Forest, Illinois
Our client, a leader in clinical research and healthcare innovation, is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join their team. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be part of the clinical team supporting the successful execution of Phase I-IV studies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Clinical Research Associate
Location: Lake Forest, IL
What's the Job?
Assist senior staff in planning and conducting clinical studies according to Federal Regulations and ICH guidelines.
Design case report forms (CRFs) and support CRO selection and management.
Train and oversee investigator sites to ensure protocol adherence and timely patient enrollment.
Monitor investigational sites, process CRFs, and perform data cleanup and classification.
Write basic study protocols, compile study summaries, and support submission preparations.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research or related fields.
Strong understanding of Federal Regulations and ICH guidelines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work both in-office during onboarding and remotely afterward, with periodic in-office presence as needed.
Experience with study protocol development and site management.
