Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Position Details Starting Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift details: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Core Hours) 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday - Thursday) OT as needed on Friday Benefits Starting Your 1st Day Paid Time Off: 128 hours pro-rated based on start date 8 Paid Holidays based on start date Access to your earnings on each day 401k with 6% company match Health Care including medical, dental and vision Additional Benefits Quarterly Cash Profit Sharing (Eligible after 1 year of service) Tuition Reimbursement (Eligible after 6 months of service) Paid Parental Leave (Eligible after 1 year of service) $10,000 Adoption / Surrogacy Reimbursement (Eligible after 1 year of service) Job Duties Operate forklift and pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks Responsible for delivering material in a timely manner Use scanners and computers to receive incoming products and freight Prepare customer orders and verify quantities Must practice safety awareness Responsible for receiving vendor materials and returned goods Must be willing to be part of a team Job Requirements Lift up to 50lbs.
