About the Role

As a Credit Analyst I– Order to Cash , you will play a key role in managing credit risk and collections while supporting business growth. You’ll work with corporate clients, analyze financial data, and make credit decisions that balance risk and opportunity.
This role combines credit analysis, collections, and operational execution , requiring strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a medium-to-high complexity portfolio of customers, ensuring compliance with payment terms and credit limits
Perform credit risk assessments and recommend credit limits, terms, and risk categories
Analyze financial statements and support credit line decisions
Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and unapplied payments
Manage and release orders on credit hold based on risk analysis
Negotiate payment plans and support collections targets
Investigate and resolve customer disputes, including credit/debit notes and payment discrepancies
Collaborate with customers and internal teams (Sales, Cash Apps, Accounting)
Ensure invoices are correctly delivered via portals or email
Prepare reports and account statements
Identify process improvement opportunities (PPI) and support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and support audits and compliance standards
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable
Experience working in Shared Service Centers
B2+ English level
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Cforia and/or GetPaid
Experience generating reports and data analysis
