What You’ll Do
Transform finance operations by identifying and delivering high-impact automation opportunities
Lead interactive workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to turn challenges into innovative solutions
Redesign processes end-to-end (AS-IS → TO-BE) to unlock efficiency and value
Drive automation projects from idea to execution alongside global technical teams
Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and cost-benefit analysis
Champion a culture of automation and continuous improvement across the organization
What You Bring
Experience & Background
1–3 years of experience in Finance (Preferred)
1–2 years of hands-on experience with automation tools ( UiPath preferred )
Demonstrated progression from a technical/development capacity into process engineering or business analysis responsibilities
Experience working directly with stakeholders in process improvement or business analysis
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred)
Skills & Strengths
Strong English communication skills — able to influence and collaborate across all levels
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business challenges
Solid understanding of finance processes and systems
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Passion for innovation, automation, and driving change
Experience with Design Thinking, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus
