This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do
Perform and support all operator duties on the assigned packaging line, including setup and teardown.
Provide coverage for vacations and absences while coordinating daily staffing and resource planning.
Lead or participate in daily production meetings and communicate effectively with processing and support teams.
Serve as a key resource for packaging operations, including continuous improvement and housekeeping initiatives.
Identify training needs and facilitate operator training and skill development.
Close process orders, initiate maintenance work orders, and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
Ensure material availability by creating and managing production material requirements to maintain productivity.
What makes you a good fit
Demonstrated team leadership skills in current or previous roles.
1 to 2 years of current or recent experience in a manufacturing environment; previous work experience with packaging equipment preferred.
Previous forklift operation and team-based work experience considered a plus.
Flexibility to rotate to different assignment areas as needed.
Basic computer and math skills.
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

The salary for this role is $25.00 - $30.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
