Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Network Manager/Lead to oversee infrastructure projects and ensure successful delivery of business applications. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop, maintain, and enhance software solutions. Based in Lafayette, Louisiana, the position is fully onsite and demands a proactive individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead infrastructure projects by defining objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems to optimize performance and resolve technical issues.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders regularly.
Requirements
• Proven experience in project management within infrastructure environments.
• Proficiency in Cisco products CCNP strongly preferred.
• Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
