Job Title: Paint Prep Laborer Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Paint Prep Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing trucks for painting by finishing burrs using sanders and filling in cracks with bondo or plaster-like materials. This preparation ensures a smooth finish before the vehicles run through the paint booth.
Responsibilities
Finish burrs using sanders.
Fill in cracks on trucks with bondo or plaster-like materials.
Prepare vehicles for the paint booth.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in general labor tasks.
Experience with sanding.
Knowledge of construction practices.
Ability to use hand tools effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with inventory management.
Ability to use tape measures accurately.
Familiarity with paint booth procedures.
Skills in paint preparation and spraying using spray guns.
Background in auto assembly.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
