Job Description As a Material Handler, you will handle the physical and administrative work that keeps our warehouse and production lines running. You will receive incoming goods, maintain accurate records, and reject items that don\'t meet requirements. You will also move and store materials, lift heavy items, and may operate a forklift or order picker. You will prepare shipments, record weights and charges, and ensure everything is ready for final delivery. You will also manage inventory, distribute materials to the manufacturing floor, and build kitting packages for assembly teams. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and work onsite in Ladysmith, WI. This is a full-time role on 1st Shift (M-F, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM), with occasional mandatory overtime to support production needs. Your Responsibilities: Use tools and equipment including hammers, cutters for wood, cardboard and plastics, forklifts and other motorized equipment. Use Powered industrial vehicles, scanning devices and other material handling equipment. Use documented work instructions and manufacturing execution systems for receiving, picking, and delivering parts. Perform moderately difficult assignments and processes. Operate multiple Powered Industrial Vehicles to transfer materials or finished products. Assemble product and deliver materials to production areas. Pick up waste and deliver finished product on a scheduled route. Help with changeovers, provide tools and materials, and support standard work to maintain production flow. Places reorder requests for floor stock and bulk materials. Review documentation and uses SAP and external systems to prioritize materials and finished goods for production and shipping.
