Aerotek Construction General Laborer in La Vista, Nebraska
Construction General Laborer – $19–$25/hr
We’re hiring Construction General Laborers to assist with office furniture installation . You’ll help set up desks, furniture, and storage systems inside commercial office buildings. This role is hands‑on, tool‑focused, and offers steady hours.
Responsibilities
Install and set up office desks, furniture, and storage systems
Use basic hand tools: wrenches, screwdrivers, tape measures, cordless drills
Unload materials from delivery trucks and move them into the work area
Read and interpret blueprints for layouts and assembly
Work with a team to complete installs accurately and efficiently
Essential Skills
1+ year experience using hand tools
Ability to read a tape measure
6 months in a general laborer role
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Furniture assembly/installation experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Comfortable with power tools and general labor tasks
Experience in carpentry, drywall, or door installation is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
