PDS Tech Commercial is hiring an experienced Fire Alarm Technicians to support high-impact projects in the Nashville, TN area. If you take pride in your technical skills, this is your opportunity to join a team where your expertise makes a real difference.

About the Role

As a Fire Alarm Technician, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of fire alarm systems across various commercial locations. You’ll help ensure safety systems are reliable, up to code, and functioning as designed to protect people and property.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Install, test, and commission fire alarm systems

  • Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance

  • Diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Maintain compliance with NFPA standards and local fire codes

What You Bring

Required:

  • Proven experience installing and servicing fire alarm systems

  • Strong knowledge of fire safety codes and NFPA standards

  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and time management abilities

Preferred:

  • NICET certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Experience working with multiple manufacturers' systems

  • Prior experience on commercial or institutional projects (hotels, universities, etc.)

Pay Details: $21.00 to $27.00 per hour
