Position Summary
As Junior Key Account Manager Coffee & OOH, you are responsible for managing the Nestlé coffee portfolio through negotiations and activation with the Category Development Manager coffee business unit as well as assisting the OOH team with client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship building, mainly in confectionery with Cailler.
A Day in the Life of a Junior Key Account Manager Coffee & OOH
Manage your accounts by influencing listings, promotions, and nurturing productive business relationships
Co-develop and implement annual customer plans with your accounts
Prepare and execute your negotiations by building strong analytics: deep dive in numbers, creation of insights and selling stories
Plan, track and optimize trade spend investments (customer retail media)
Support the acquisition of new customers in the OOH channels with a focus on the chocolate category (Cailler).
Collaborate with other Customer Managers to share best practices and work closely with Marketing, Category Development Manager, Field Sales, and Supply Chain to drive customer-related initiatives.
What will make you successful
University degree or equivalent
First experience in category management, sales or trade marketing
Strong analytics and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset
Fluent English and German; French is beneficial; Swiss German is a plus
