Our client is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in communication, problem-solving, and providing exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Assist with order entry, account updates, and product or service information
Support other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools preferred
Team-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask effectively
