Pourquoi ce poste est important

Ce poste joue un rôle clé dans la création d’un lien de confiance durable entre la stratégie commerciale et les réalités du terrain. Au sein de la Business Unit Consumer, il contribue activement au développement harmonieux de la performance sur la région Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, tout en accompagnant les clients dans leur propre croissance. Grâce à une collaboration étroite avec les équipes Grands Comptes, Marketing, Logistique et Call Center, il favorise une mise en œuvre cohérente et alignée des priorités commerciales. Par une approche fondée sur l’écoute, le partenariat et la transmission de savoirs, ce rôle soutient une dynamique commerciale responsable, humaine et tournée vers la réussite partagée.

Ce que vous ferez

• Faire vivre la stratégie commerciale au plus près du terrain, en développant avec soin le chiffre d’affaires de votre secteur.

• Entretenir et renforcer des relations de confiance avec vos clients, en faisant évoluer les ventes de manière réfléchie et durable (mix et volumes).

• Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs définis, en étroite coopération avec votre hiérarchie.

• Accompagner un réseau diversifié de distributeurs en combinant suivi attentif et développement de nouvelles opportunités.

• Construire et faire évoluer les partenariats existants : négociation équilibrée, gestion responsable des budgets, soutien à la croissance et déploiement d’animations adaptées.

• Valoriser les marques du groupe Goodyear France sur les segments Tourisme et Camionnettes avec conviction et engagement.

• Partager vos connaissances en animant des temps d’échange et des formations qui renforcent les compétences de vos clients.

Ce que vous apporterez

• Une formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 vous ayant apporté des bases solides pour évoluer dans un environnement commercial structuré.

• Une expérience commerciale réussie ou un parcours significatif démontrant votre compréhension des enjeux terrain.

• Une aisance avec les outils bureautiques (PowerPoint, Excel) pour structurer, analyser et valoriser vos actions.

• Une ouverture à l’anglais, facilitant les échanges dans un environnement élargi.

• Une énergie constructive, associée à une approche pédagogique et à un sens exigeant de la qualité.

• Autonomie et sens des responsabilités, alliés à une organisation fiable et rigoureuse.

• De solides compétences relationnelles, fondées sur l’écoute, la transparence, la coopération et le goût de relever des défis collectivement.
