Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)
Pay and Benefits:
Starting wage: $28.42
Second & Weekend Shift Premium: $2.50
Medical & Vacation – upon completion of 84-day probationary period.
PTO/Sick Leave – after 6 months.
401K match up to 2.5%, plus an additional 2.5% core contribution.

Responsibilities:
Performs in and out of position welding.
Performs hand fabricating.
Participate in weld lab classroom training for Trane and ASME/PED certifications as needed.
Receives work instructions from a member of management or a team lead.
Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists
Performing quality checks and tests as well as assisting in identifying and resolving problems.
Must participate in basic problem solving, 5-S, and lean activities.
Maintain and inspect tools and equipment and escalate issues as necessary.
Basic functional knowledge of computers and ability to read and acknowledge work instructions electronically.
Effectively communicate with cross-functional departments to ensure parts are brought to the production line in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
Work any shift and work overtime as necessary to ensure that production demands are met.
Crosstrain both within and outside the assigned production area.
Use all required personal protective equipment.
Comply with all established plant rules and policies.
Contribute in a positive manner to the work teams in the assigned work area.
Physical requirements:
Independently capable of lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 35lbs
Physical mobility within the work facility, including repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, gripping and/or stooping.
Ability to work at heights both on ladders and lifts as required, while using proper fall protection.
Qualifications:
Completion of formal welding program or equivalent on the job experience.
Required Weld Process: 2F, 2G
Preferred Weld Process: 3F, 3G, 4F, 4G
Completion of company approved proficiency test prior to employment.
Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Ability to read, write, and follow directions, standard work, job breakdown sheets, and safety instructions in English.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required.
