Express Employment Professionals Customer Service Representative - $19.00 in La Conner, Washington

Our client, a company that is transforming how individuals' access and manage healthcare financing is partnering with Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon to recruit for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist customers, process claims, and manage essential account updates.* *

What you get to do:

  • Answer phones and address emails and correspondence from customers and prepare appropriate and accurate response using same format. May check with supervisor to ensure accuracy of responses. (Daily)
  • Input description of contact with customers into customers' account notes on the databases. (Daily)
  • Update database with new information as provided and verified from customers. Example: Address changes (Daily)
  • May be assigned to walk or drive to post office to pick up and/or deliver office mail. Sort mail and distribute as appropriate. (Daily)
  • Ensure data entered into customer database is accurate and follows established guidelines.
  • Assist with uploads into the system platform.
  • Prepare and sends COBRA Notification Letters.
  • Prepare and sends out Healthcare cards.
  • Send out Welcome Kits.
  • Send Login and instructions to employers and brokers along with a walkthrough and training on the system platform.
  • Prepare and distributes Production Schedule.
  • Complete additional duties, and assists with projects, as assigned.* *

What you need to be successful:

  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Accurate data entry and proficiency with basic computer programs (especially Excel)
  • Ability to review documents, follow guidelines, and stay organized in a fast-paced workflow* *

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM* *

Pay: $19.00
