Overview
This position is physically located in the Marshall Islands in support of LOGCAP
The RPIE Administrator Lead directs asset management activities supporting installation infrastructure, facility lifecycle tracking, and asset data integrity for USAG Kwajalein. The position oversees asset inventory systems, condition analytics, and documentation processes used to inform planning, maintenance prioritization, and capital investment decisions.
This role provides technical leadership and quality control for asset data and analytics supporting DPW operations.
Responsibilities

Lead installation asset management support team
Oversee asset inventory accuracy and lifecycle tracking
Maintain audit-ready asset documentation
Direct asset condition assessment data collection
Reconcile discrepancies across asset systems
Integrate asset analytics with planning and maintenance programs
Support infrastructure risk and lifecycle modeling
Prepare asset performance reports and executive summaries
Establish asset data quality control procedures
Support inspections and audit readiness efforts
Coordinate with real property, engineering, and maintenance teams
Maintain integration with GIS and enterprise asset systems
Support capital planning data requirements
Track asset status changes and system upgrades
Develop asset management standards and procedures
Provide technical guidance to DPW leadership
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Asset Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years experience in asset or facilities lifecycle management
3+ years leadership or supervisory experience
Experience supporting Army or DoD installations Preferred
Skills
Experience managing enterprise asset systems
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Familiarity with infrastructure lifecycle planning
Experience in regulated government environments
Proficiency in asset databases and reporting tools
Eligible for installation access and background screening
Must have familiarity with general office procedures, organizing material, and good housekeeping principles.
Must have good working knowledge of the Army and/or contractor property accountability policies and procedures.
Must have working knowledge of one or more inventory management accountings systems.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is required.
Intermediate ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written is required.
Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications is required.
High-level organizational and planning skills, so that workflow is managed efficiently and accurately is required.
Ability to effectively articulate information to management.
Ability to effectively respond to inquiries or complaints both verbally and in writing.
Working Conditions:
Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 10 degrees Fahrenheit.
Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, wet, tropical environment with average temperatures of 130 degrees in the summer months).
Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.
The worker is subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard about ambient noise level.
The worker is subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.
Physical Requirements:
Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
