Bidvest Bank Consultant: Sales and Service Support KZN in Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa

PRIMARY PURPOSE

Provide service and administrative support to the sales and distribution teams to deliver a superior client service to clients, ensure efficient operations within the Banks eco-system, related to organization and communication. Act as secondary contact to the clients.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Training and Qualifications

  • Matric Certificate in Banking, or Equivalent NQF 5

  • Experience: 2 years in an administrative or client service role, or 3 years in a sales and client service role in a financial institution

Technical Skills and Competencies

  • The ability to handle queries effectively and formulate appropriate responses.

  • The ability to respond to client requirements, queries and complaints and log order entries into relevant company system.

  • Ability to set short and long term objectives to achieve customer requirements; manages multiple and conflicting priorities

  • The ability to draw data from multiple sources and compile report

  • The ability to engage pro-actively and constructively with customers to manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Ability to explain technical aspects to clients

  • Attention to detail
