Bidvest Bank Consultant: Sales and Service Support KZN in Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa
PRIMARY PURPOSE
Provide service and administrative support to the sales and distribution teams to deliver a superior client service to clients, ensure efficient operations within the Banks eco-system, related to organization and communication. Act as secondary contact to the clients.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Training and Qualifications
Matric Certificate in Banking, or Equivalent NQF 5
Experience: 2 years in an administrative or client service role, or 3 years in a sales and client service role in a financial institution
Technical Skills and Competencies
The ability to handle queries effectively and formulate appropriate responses.
The ability to respond to client requirements, queries and complaints and log order entries into relevant company system.
Ability to set short and long term objectives to achieve customer requirements; manages multiple and conflicting priorities
The ability to draw data from multiple sources and compile report
The ability to engage pro-actively and constructively with customers to manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
Ability to explain technical aspects to clients
