What you'll do
Create standout customer experiences
Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs
Guide them through processes, forms, and services
Explain Mukuru products in a simple, clear, and helpful way
Support customers with transactions, mobile transfers, and queries
Make things simple and seamless
Help customers complete forms and direct them to the right service points
Assist with digital processes like money transfers and card support
Resolve queries where possible or connect customers to the right support
Keep the branch running smoothly
Manage queues and ensure an organised, efficient flow of customers
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and professional branch environment
Stay alert to any security or operational concerns
Support compliance and accuracy
Follow all internal policies and procedures
Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with FICA and SARB requirements
Maintain high standards of professionalism and reliability
