Job Title: Warehouse Operator Job Description
The Warehouse Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently completing delegated tasks and managing finished goods. This hands-on position involves the proper receipt, handling, storage, and shipment of products while adhering to legal and safety procedures. The Warehouse Operator collaborates closely with the Warehouse Team Leader to enhance packaging and shipment specifications and is expected to undertake additional duties as directed.
Responsibilities
Efficiently receive and handle materials, inventory, and finished goods.
Ensure proper storage and shipment of products to end customers.
Adhere to all legal and safety procedures in the warehouse.
Collaborate with the Warehouse Team Leader to improve packaging and shipment specifications.
Perform additional tasks and activities as directed.
Essential Skills
Experience as a Machine Operator, with a focus on Manufacturing and Production.
Proficiency in handling plastic materials and operating forklifts and saws.
At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with warehouse operations and inventory management.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team running a production line.

Work Environment
The work environment includes 270 internal employees spread over three buildings, with a strong emphasis on teamwork as part of a line management system. The company is experiencing significant growth and is currently adding a new line to support this expansion, providing opportunities to increase responsibilities on the line. The role operates from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kutztown, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
