What You'll Do
Automation Design & Integration
You will lead the development, configuration, and deployment of automation systems—including AS/RS, AGVs, and robotics—to optimize material handling and production processes.
You will integrate advanced automation technologies with existing WMS, WCS, and PLC systems to ensure seamless performance, data connectivity, and operational reliability across manufacturing and warehouse environments.
You will provide hands-on technical support during installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of automated systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Robotics, Ergonomics & Safety
You will develop and deploy robotic solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual handling, and improve workplace safety.
You will apply ergonomic design principles to minimize operator strain and conduct safety assessments to ensure all automated operations comply with global safety standards and regulations.
System Optimization & Continuous Improvement
You will analyze workflows and material flows to identify automation opportunities and performance gaps.
You will apply Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste, improve process efficiency, and increase system uptime through data-driven optimization initiatives.
You will create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs), to support system operation and troubleshooting.
Project Management, Financial Stewardship, Team Leadership
You will manage end-to-end automation projects by preparing CapEx proposals, ROI analyses, and cost-benefit evaluations.
You will oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure execution aligns with strategic objectives, financial discipline, and performance metrics.
You will lead the team of automation engineers providing guidance, leadership, and direction on global automation initiatives and priorities, in line with the automation strategy
Supplier Development & Management
You will proactively identify and assess automation technology suppliers and integrators, fostering collaborative partnerships to align capabilities with project requirements and innovation goals.
You will lead initiatives to enhance supplier performance, focusing on improving quality, reliability, and responsiveness through joint development programs, technical support, and continuous feedback.
You will drive cost competitiveness by working closely with suppliers to streamline processes, reduce waste, and implement value engineering strategies without compromising solution integrity or safety.
What We’re Looking for
You with Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
You with rich experience in automation engineering with hands-on experience in AS/RS, AGV, and robotics systems.
You with proven track record in financial justification and CapEx optimization for automation projects.
You with strong knowledge of automation technologies, robotics, PLCs, and material handling systems.
You with ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues quickly, using structured problem-solving techniques.
You with expertise in ergonomic design principles for automated work environments.
You with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
You with ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
You with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with operations, IT, maintenance, and external vendors, translating technical concepts into actionable plans
